InteractiveCalculator complies with GDPR and does not access or share your data, except when you explicitly forward it through integrations such as Zapier.

CozyCal – We use CozyCal to manage viewing appointments. When you book an appointment with us, your name, email address, phone number, partner’s name and wedding details are stored securely by CozyCal. This helps us confirm and manage your booking.

Zapier – an automation service we use to securely transfer submitted data (e.g., from InteractiveCalculator and CozyCal) into our internal systems.

Google Sheets (Google Workspace) – used to store submitted customer data in a secure, access-restricted environment.

Google Analytics 4 – We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website. This tool collects anonymous data such as pages visited, time spent on the site, and the type of device used. It does not collect any personal data like your name or contact details.
